Sales & Refinance
To order a paid assessment letter for the refinancing or selling of your home please download the form and checklist below and email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to 815-609-2335.

The following is our policy regarding paid assessment letters:
- Requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the closing. An additional fee may be charged if less than two weeks notice is given.
- Standardized questionnaires and 22.1 forms will be used. If an additional form must be used please submit the form to be completed via email (do not fax) to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be completed once an open file has been submitted by the sellerís attorney. Please note an additional fee will apply for all non standardized questionnaires.
- Requests will be completed in the order in which they are received.
- NCM's processing fee will be taken out at closing if you are selling your home. If you are refinancing your home, we must receive the fee before your letter is released.
- No personal checks for NCM's processing fee.
